Cancellation Policy:
1. Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel the translation project before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
2. After Work Has Started: If you choose to cancel the translation project after work has begun but before its completion, the refund amount will be prorated based on the progress made on the project. A cancellation fee might be applicable to cover the work already completed.
3. Upon Project Completion: Once the translation project has been completed and delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted. At this point, the full agreed-upon amount will be due.

Refund Process:
1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
2. Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
3. For cancellations that involve projects with milestones, the refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
